Classification of powders and filtration of solids and liquids

Sieving enhances the different fractions of your product by classifying your powders into different fractions recovered between the canvases in several stages in the same sieve or in a cascade of successive sieves.

For this, SODEVA offers solutions of screens or vibrating screens that allow to separate the fractions of the product in several particle sizes. We guarantee accurate and reliable classification sieving up to 20µm. Setting the motor vibrator and pre-recorded recipes in the ultrasonic generator will give you a full surface sieving of the canvas.

We can do tests or lend you a sieve to check the flow rates and the most appropriate type of cleaning.
