Custom Powder Hoppers and Loading Stations

SODEVA designs and manufactures custom support structures, hoppers and powder loading stations in its own workshops. Built by our fabrication team, these assemblies are integrated into your production line according to your space, throughput and operating requirements.

They can be used to feed powders from big bags, provide temporary storage in a hopper sized to your production needs, and then deliver a controlled, regular flow to the sieve.

Loading, Sieving and Recycling in a Continuous Flow

The powder is transferred from the hopper to a vibratory feeder and then to the sieve. This process provides a regular feed and helps secure the product before use, transfer or packaging.

These installations can also be designed for continuous recycling and reintroduction of recovered powders into the process after sieving. This helps reduce product losses and manual handling.
