Screening trials: validate your process before investing

SODEVA carries out screening trials in its showroom using your product. They make it possible to assess the actual behaviour of the powder or liquid, separation quality, achievable throughput and process stability before specifying the equipment.

A configuration defined for your application

The trials help select the sieve diameter, number of screen decks, stainless-steel mesh sizes, deblinding method and required integration options. For fine powders, they can in particular validate the benefit of SONISCREEN® ultrasonic deblinding or anti-blinding balls.

Preparing your trials with SODEVA

Please contact us before sending your product so that we can define the quantity required, the meshes or screen frames to prepare and any special handling conditions. A test report can document the results and the selected configuration.

After process validation

The trials make it possible to finalise a solution suited to your production line. Depending on your needs, sieve rental can also be considered after process validation.
