Rental of industrial sieves: a flexible solution for occasional requirements

SODEVA offers vibratory sieve rental for industrial trials, temporary production, manufacturing campaigns or the temporary replacement of equipment. The configuration is defined according to your product, required throughput and screening objective.

A configuration adapted to your application

Sieve diameter, number of screen decks, stainless-steel mesh aperture, deblinding system and integration options are selected according to your requirements. Rental can cover safety screening, particle-size classification or fine-powder control.

Fine powders and ultrasonic screening

For fine meshes from 20 to 500 µm, SONISCREEN® ultrasonic deblinding can be selected to keep the mesh openings active, limit clogging and stabilise throughput. This solution is particularly suited to greasy, electrostatic or difficult-flowing powders.

Validate the solution before rental
