SODEVA designs and manufactures in France industrial vibratory sieves, ultrasonic sieves and vibratory whey filters for cheese plants. Our filters recover curd fines and solid particles from whey for further valorization, while maintaining a clean and continuous whey circuit.
Ultrasonic technology reduces screen mesh blinding to maintain throughput and separation quality, particularly with fine powders.
■ Classification sieving separates particles within a defined particle size range.
■ Safety sieving removes foreign bodies such as metal particles, packaging fragments, fibres, twigs and stones.

To classify powders according to a defined particle size, SODEVA designs precise and reliable industrial sieves, from 12 µm, with one or more separation decks.
Our SC and BT ranges are adapted to the required throughput, reject rate, particle size and integration constraints of your production line. For fine or difficult powders, ultrasonic deblinding keeps the useful screen area open and helps maintain a consistent throughput.
Safety sieving protects your production by removing foreign bodies before or during the process: metal particles, packaging fragments, fibres, twigs, stones or agglomerates.
Our safety sieves provide reliable high-throughput separation to preserve powder quality and protect downstream equipment.

SODEVA designs vibratory whey filters for cheese plants. They can process high flow rates, up to 40 m³/h, and recover solid particles from whey, from 20 µm depending on the screen mesh used.
The recovered fines are valuable material that would otherwise be carried away and lost in the whey circuit. Filtration therefore helps improve material yield while protecting downstream equipment and maintaining a clean, continuous process.
SODEVA provides screen mesh replacement and re-meshing for sieve frames of all brands. We replace damaged meshes with new screen cloth, from 10 mm down to 20 µm, using adhesives suitable for food applications.
This service extends equipment lifetime and reduces production downtime. We also perform sieving trials at our facility or directly on your site, with rental solutions available after process validation.

Industrial powder sieving remains efficient as long as the screen openings remain clear. With fine, fatty, hygroscopic or electrostatic powders, mesh blinding progressively reduces throughput and can affect separation consistency.
SODEVA combines sieve vibration with an ultrasonic deblinding system. The screen mesh is continuously excited to improve the passage of fine particles, reduce adhesion to the mesh and maintain a larger effective screening area.
This technology helps maintain a more consistent throughput, reduce cleaning interruptions and achieve more stable particle size classification. Each solution is defined according to your product, required mesh size, throughput, reject rate and production-line integration requirements.
Trials can be carried out with your own product to validate the process, screen mesh and most suitable sieve configuration.
