SODEVA SEPAR CLASS vibratory sieves are designed for particle size classification of powders, safety sieving and filtration of liquids containing solid particles.<\/p>\n

Manufactured in France in our own workshops, they can separate a product into several particle size fractions, remove agglomerates and contaminants, and secure product quality before mixing, transfer or packaging.<\/p>\n

A Range Adapted to Every Process<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The SEPAR CLASS range includes vibratory sieves from 600 to 1,500 mm in diameter. Each machine is configured according to your product, required throughput, reject rate, target separation fineness and production-line integration requirements.<\/p>\n

Sieving can be carried out on one or several decks within a single machine, or using a cascade of sieves when several successive separation stages are required.<\/p>\n

Deblinding Options for Difficult Powders<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

For fine, fatty, hygroscopic or electrostatic powders, SEPAR CLASS sieves can be equipped with mechanical deblinding using cleaning balls or the SONISCREEN\u00ae ultrasonic deblinding system<\/a>.<\/p>\n

These options help maintain the effective screening area, throughput and consistent classification performance.<\/p>\n

Classification screening: controlled particle-size distribution<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A classification sieve fitted with one or several stainless-steel mesh decks separates particles by size. The upper decks retain oversized particles and agglomerates; the lower decks separate or remove fines. This delivers a consistent particle-size distribution for the recipe, mixing, dosing or packaging process.<\/p>\n

For fine powders from 20 to 500 \u00b5m<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With fine stainless-steel meshes, SONISCREEN\u00ae ultrasonic deblinding keeps the mesh openings active. It limits clogging, stabilises throughput and maintains consistent separation, particularly with greasy, electrostatic or difficult-flowing powders.<\/p>\n

Above 500 \u00b5m<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Coarser meshes are also possible. They are frequently used to remove oversized particles and agglomerates, or for safety screening before a sensitive production stage.<\/p>\n
