Fine meshes from 20 to 500 \u00b5m: ultrasonic deblinding<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For fine powders, stainless-steel meshes from 20 to 500 \u00b5m can be combined with SONISCREEN\u00ae ultrasonic deblinding. It keeps the mesh openings active, limits clogging and stabilises throughput, particularly with greasy, electrostatic or difficult-flowing products.<\/p>\n

Above 500 \u00b5m: open meshes, often for safety screening<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Coarser meshes are also available. They are frequently used for safety screening to retain agglomerates, oversized particles, fibres, packaging fragments and other foreign bodies before a sensitive production stage.<\/p>\n

The existing mesh is first removed by immersion in a bath. This method removes the old screen mesh without aggressive mechanical treatment of the frame.<\/p>\n

After complete cleaning and removal of residues, the bonding surfaces are prepared by micro-sandblasting. A new screen mesh is then positioned, uniformly tensioned and bonded under controlled tension.<\/p>\n

SODEVA provides re-meshing services for sieves of all brands, including large-diameter frames up to 2.6 metres, depending on the configuration.<\/p>\n

The ultrasonic ring is repaired if necessary and then tested before shipment. We provide the recommended frequency settings so that your generator operates within its optimum range, without locking onto unwanted frequencies that could cause overheating and damage the equipment.<\/p>\n
