They can clog, especially with greasy, electrostatic or difficult-flowing products. SONISCREEN\u00ae ultrasonic deblinding keeps the mesh openings active, stabilises throughput and improves separation consistency.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"582\"><strong data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"582\">Classification screening: obtaining the required particle fraction<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"855\">A sieve can be fitted with one or several screen decks. The upper decks remove oversized particles and agglomerates; the lower decks separate or remove fines.
